The same year just repeats itself for many, same day, same week, same month, and a life of 50 years or so that does not change much, is that the life that you want to live? Is that what you have settled for? Are you going to just let this year be the same as last? Are you going to keep persisting on the road of mediocrity? Or are you going to step up your game and live life on a different level?
Many people are asleep, living life by default rather than design. Many people are so caught up in the life of mediocrity that they never break free to a life of freedom. You have to go all out and commit to the life of freedom rather than a life of self-betrayal.
Time is vanishing into the abyss never to return again, so you must use your days in the best manner so that they will help you to attain success in all areas of your life. A life of mediocrity is so easy to live, you can just remain as who are and where you are, it takes no effort to live the average life forever.
You must have aspirations to do more with your life, you must see a greater future for yourself, and you must formalize them into goals and take action every single day to make your goals a reality.
You know deep down within you that you want more, everyone does, everyone seems to have this innate desire to be the best that they can be, which individual in their heart of hearts does not wish to accomplish all that they can accomplish and live the life of their dreams? I don’t think anyone wants to remain a slave in another’s dream forever. However, many choose to just spend their days doing what they don’t want to do rather than doing what they do want to do, let that sink it.
People choose to settle for the life that they have stumbled into as if it is of their own making, and year after year become more like another rather than being who they want to be, as your environment alters you unconsciously on a subconscious level without you even knowing about it if you are not aware. Awareness is what precedes true change, you must see the problem with being mediocre before you aim higher in life, if you do not see a problem with the way you are living then you will just be ok with this normal life. People are actually in denial, hiding behind their excuses, hiding behind their reasons of why they are not living life on their own terms, hiding behind yesterdays failures, and hiding behind all the fake reasons why they have not started living life on a different level. Just because the majority of people are mediocre it does not mean that you have to be, it does not mean that you have to settle, and it does not mean that you have to be like them.
Chase your dreams today, get started, do what you love, chase your passions, design your life the way you want to live it. A life filled with growth, challenges, adventure, fearlessness, personal development, abundance, prosperity, greatness, and success. Or you can have the other option, a monotonous life that you are told to pursue as if that is the best use of your innate talents and gifts that you have been endowed with. Choose that life of doing nothing but sitting around, just getting by, just living for the weekends, just living to pay your bills, just doing what the crowd is doing on a daily basis and heading to a life of mediocrity.
It is your daily habits that will determine who you shall be and where you will be in the future. Successful people use their 24 hours in a manner that helps them to live life on their own terms, unsuccessful people use their 24 hours to further confine themselves to a life of conformity. Mediocrity is alluring, it is very comforting, however, comfort is the enemy of achievement.
You can achieve anything that you set your mind to, believe in yourself and all that you are, and know that you are capable of achieving amazing things. No one knows what you have within you, only you can find that out, only you can bring that forth, others may inspire you to aim higher, but it is ultimately up to you to believe in yourself and go boldly in the direction of your dreams and live the life you have imagined.
“Don’t just live one year 75 times and call that a life.”
