  1. The love for your child and the pain that you have when him or her dies, and when you miss him/her so much
    Is that attachment?
    I see that as an attachment that is completely healthy
    I also think it is beautiful when you love a friend very much, but then you are also in some form attached.

    How do you see this?

    • In regards to attachment to a child who has passed away, and you miss them, that is attachment, as they were apart of you, and they came from you in a sense, but my personal beliefs are that we are all from God so we shouldn’t get attached to anything, even though it may be hard to let go.

      With attachment to friends, it is hard to see that when you are around them, spend time in solitude and then maybe you will see if you are attached or not.

      • I have bad past and I am trying to letting go negative thoughts and fear I am getting help from the book name fears and negativity. Teach me more about how to overcome my negative thoughts.

        • Negative thoughts are a result of negative thinking – change your thoughts you change your mind and your life
          What you focus on expands
          The mind can only hold one thought at a time – try it
          Focus your mind on what you want – that is very important
          And your self-talk needs to be positive
